Zirconia Ceramic Foam Filter for Filtration of large size iron casting
Zirconia ceramic-foam filters are used in the production of steel and large iron castings, which can effectively trap non-metallic inclusions in the metal stream, resulting improvements are lower scrap, increased yield, mechanical properties, good finish and machinability. Suitable for all steel castings including Carbon Steel, Stainless Steel, Cobalt, Nickel alloy castings etc.
Application:
High porosity, heat and shock resistance, high intensity, high specific surface area and good stability, seiving, capturing slag and nidation. Besides filtering molten metal with high temperature, our products can be used as dealing with high temperature gas, catalyst substrate, solid heat exchanger, special packing and so on

Outside packing: Cartons&Pallets. Three layer corrugated cartons and export special pallets .
